Why these songs
Each one is about doubt or jealousy in love. None of them finds the answer that would end it. They just name it well.
Naming it is where catching starts. A song can show you the feeling from the outside, which is hard to do alone.
One thing to try while you listen
Behavioral Interception is the practice of catching an automatic pattern as it begins, intercepting its usual response, and practicing a different action until it becomes more natural.
Play one song and notice where it lands in your body. That is the body signal, maybe a tight throat or a racing heart.
