FILE: ARCH-CORE-002 / STATUS: OPEN SHELF
The nine patterns
Nine files, and the set never grows. Each one is a behavior that runs before you decide it, on a physical signal that arrives three to seven seconds ahead of the thing you would swear you chose.
Every file below is open. Nothing on this shelf is held back, priced, or gated. Read the one whose question you have already typed somewhere at one in the morning, and if two of them fit, read both. Most people run one primary and are covered for by a second.
The open shelf
- 01
The Disappearing Pattern
It does not fire when things go wrong. It fires when things go right.
Why do I push people away when they get close? - 02
The Apology Loop
The sorry is a toll, handed over before anybody asks for it.
Why do I apologize for everything? - 03
The Testing Pattern
If they stay, you have proof that expires by the weekend.
Why do I test people who love me? - 04
Attraction to Harm
The pull is recognition. It has never once been an assessment.
Why am I attracted to people who hurt me? - 05
Compliment Deflection
Something good lands and the body treats it as exposure.
Why can't I take a compliment? - 06
The Draining Bond
The reasoning arrives at the same answer no matter what the numbers were.
Why can't I leave a relationship that is draining me? - 07
Success Sabotage
It does not arrive as a wish to fail. It arrives as good judgment.
Why do I sabotage myself when things are going well? - 08
The Perfectionism Trap
An unfinished thing cannot be judged. That is the whole mechanism.
Why can't I finish anything? - 09
The Rage Pattern
Every other pattern hides. This one cannot, which is why it costs the most.
Why do I get so angry over small things?
How the files are used
Every file runs on the same structure, and the structure has its own page. The Four Doors Protocol names what you do with a pattern once you can see it, and it is taught free because the way out is never the thing being sold.
The words the archive uses are its own, and there is a page for those too, written plainly for anyone who just met one of them and wanted to know what it meant.
If you are here about somebody else
Some people arrive at this shelf holding a file that is not theirs. There are six pages for that, written for the person standing next to a pattern rather than the person running it. They will not hand you a verdict about anybody, because the only pattern anyone can interrupt is the one in their own body.
- Why does my partner push me away when we get close?
- What do I do when my partner has a temper?
- Why does my partner test me and never believe my reassurance?
- Why does my friend keep going back to someone who hurts them?
- Why won't someone I love leave a relationship that is hurting them?
- Why does my partner apologize for everything?
