Some caution is wise. Growing too fast can sink a small business, and not yet can be a real choice.

The difference is the order things come in. A real choice has reasons you can say out loud. A stall has a feeling first, and reasons after.

Behavioral Interception is the practice of catching an automatic pattern as it begins, intercepting its usual response, and practicing a different action until it becomes more natural.

Start with the body signal, the tight chest or restless legs when a big chance lands. Feel it and name the pattern.

Then take a different action within the hour. Send the quote, or book the call. Do it before the reasons arrive.

Growth can still wait if you choose. Just make that choice on a day when the pattern is quiet.
